Led by Tse Yang, head of the Chinese haute cuisine in our country, and inspired by one of its most legendary dishes, the Dim Sum Gourmet, born in Marbella a new Asian restaurant concept. Yang Tse Dim Sum Club adapts its offer to the rhythm of the coast in the most trendy. The menu has over 30 varieties of classic Cantonese snack.
Dim Sum Tse Yang Club has more than 30 varieties of classic Cantonese snack, which more than a meal is a social event. Its name evokes, in the ancient language of Canton, which gets its taste: "touch the heart".
With egg mass or wheat and shaped rolls, dumplings or ravioli, cooked fried or steamed and served in typical bamboo baskets or in fun mini pans. "Little Hearts" that are filled with duck and mushrooms, chicken and goji berries, shrimp and bamboo, etc., and rations are presented in three parts.
The restaurant is built into the Food Hall shopping center of Puerto Banus Marbella Coast, an area located on the second floor of El Corte Inglés. The venue, with capacity for about 100 people, has a cosmopolitan design with subtle oriental, recreating an atmosphere impregnated chic light pass through its large windows. Although, the main attraction of the restaurant is the open kitchen from which you can see the team preparing their specialties.
